Q: Why do you have a Brutalist Website?
A: I am not a code freak and I needed a frame to show my graphic design work online, but could not resolve myself to go for the standards and other dynamic "blogging" options. I thought it ought to be a space that (even slightly) reflect my personality and approach to design in some way. Hire somebody was not an option so I decided to do it myself and gain total control over design and user interaction. As I am pretty much confused about current trends in mainstream web design (parallax animated scroll effect, layered single pages...), I decided to make the best of my poor coding skills and used this limitation as an asset to produce a somewhat clear, minimalist and straightforward brutalist platform.
