Q: Why do you have a Brutalist Website?
A: The closest thing we have on the web to "raw materials" is hand-coded HTML. As much as things have progressed in the last 20 years, the web still excels at delivering the kind stripped down, information-dense documents it was originally designed for. I still like to mark things up completely before I write any style, and the result is often brutalism.
