Q: Why do you have a Brutalist Website?
A: I have a brutalist website probably as a reaction to my own work: I'm a visual artist as well as a programmer, and all of my work is complex and colourful and intricate. This is the polar opposite. I also hate how stupidly bloated websites have become - it's insane to me. There's something very satisfying about getting the information across in something that's smaller altogether than most images.
I designed and built it myself in about two hours, coded in the most simple markup possible, using Atom as an editor.
