Q: Why do you have a Brutalist Website?
A: 1. I hate slow loading web sites. 2. I am a privacy advocate, so loading external resources is out. 3. I want readers who come for what I have to say, not how it looks.

A: Me. Some optionally loadable CSSes were donated from other people. (for example https://blog.fefe.de/?css=hukl.css)
