Q: Why do you have a Brutalist Website?
A: 1) I wanted to be blunt without irony or nostalgia. I wanted the feeling to be, "Here's the stuff. Have a nice time." 2) I wanted to code without a bunch of package managers and boilerplate and managerial bloat. I wanted to move freely through the process and let that movement influence the look and feel. 3) I've worked in the web industry for around seventeen years, and I think that I have a good sense of when not to use a template or a framework or a UX strategy based on some cynical ideology, etc. I remember times when making web sites was a rash, experimental process, and I want there to be more of those times.

Q: Who designed the website?
A: Me
Q: Who coded the website?
A: Me
Q: With what kind of editor?
A: Sublime
