Q: Why do you have a Brutalist Website?
A: Two reasons. It was partly a design exercise - I wanted to see what I could make only using a system font, no images, no crazy layouts. Secondly, this approach suited the content I had (news headlines). I wanted to present them as simply as possible with little decoration or noise which would interfere with reading and clicking on them, or sway their meaning somehow. A third reason is my code skills are pretty basic.

A: Sublime text. Some edits I made direct on Github where it's hosted.
